Your mind can heal if you know the thoughts and mental connections that negatively affect you.
This rule runs through all aspects of your life. The thoughts in your mind, negative emotions and physical injuries, and even simple unpleasantness need to be healed.
Your thoughts are the intent of your world. The thoughts that I have followed are the foundation of my life. That which I dislike is a mirror of an inner aspect of me. To know your mind and to be able to heal it is a blessing beyond describing.
I offer five techniques for self-healing.

Be mindful that reverberated words, pictures, inner voices, and even prayers can have a reaction when they manifest. Be watchful of the words you say and the thoughts you do not say.
Mind healing is watching and freeing the thoughts in your mind. This is the basis for recreating your life.
I have found that meditation is a simple way to correct the path that leads us astray. Tone or isotope meditation works deeply on unconscious vibrational aspects. Guided meditations help work on facets in our life that might be weak. Finding a multi-purpose meditation is very helpful for balanced healing.
I have created guided meditations for self-healing. This meditation re-teaches you consciously and unconsciously to manifest joy and love in your life. This is the foundation for manifesting abundance, wealth, and health.
